Ordering and prices

All prices are stated in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include VAT. Ordering on the site does not require advance payment — after you submit an order, our team contacts you to confirm it and agree on payment and delivery. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in prices and descriptions.

Delivery

Delivery is free for all products in our offer within Serbia. The exact delivery date is agreed when the order is confirmed, depending on equipment availability and your location.

Returns

You may return goods within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason, provided they are undamaged and in the original packaging. To start a return, contact us via the contact form quoting your order number.

Warranty

Products in our offer carry the manufacturer's warranty — for most equipment up to 12 years (the exact period is stated on each product page). The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation or use contrary to the instructions.
